The objective of this program is for candidates to acquire a thorough understanding of all aspects of Hotel, Resort or Golf & Country Club Management. The goal is to provide management hospitality experience that will include rotation through departments. The potential departments include: Food & Beverage, Banquet/Restaurant, Culinary, and Front Office/Reception. A training plan (contract) will outline terms and conditions and describes the tasks and responsibilities expected of the candidate. Participating Hotels, Resorts and Golf & Country Clubs provide accommodations at a discounted rate or at no charge, free uniforms and free meals. The compensation starts at $1,500 per month - plus overtime at 150%. The Program Fee for the 12 month program is $2,400. It includes Visa Processing (DS-2019). The total cost of initial expenses will be recovered within a few weeks after starting the position.

Please note that as of July 2007 the US Immigration Authorities are limiting the duration of the program to 12 months!
