The objective of this program is for candidates to acquire a thorough understanding of all aspects of Hotel, Resort, Restaurant or Franchise Business. The goal is to provide management hospitality experience that will include rotation through departments. The potential departments include: Food & Beverage, Banquet/Restaurant, Culinary, Front Office/Reception and Housekeeping. A training plan (contract) will outline terms and conditions and describes the tasks and responsibilities expected of the candidate.
