The objective of this program is for candidates to acquire a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Agriculture and Horticulture Business in the US. A training plan (contract) will outline terms and conditions and describes the tasks and responsibilities expected of the candidate. Participating Farms, Vineyards, Tree Nurseries and Garden Centers provide accommodations at a discounted rate or at no charge.
